In early 2024, our team undertook a pivotal research trip to the Anandpur Sahib constituency, situated in Rupnagar, Punjab, with the aim of examining the far-reaching effects of the Green Elections initiative. This bold initiative sought not only to revolutionize the electoral process but also to intertwine it with environmental responsibility.

 

The initiative introduced a series of impactful measures, including thematic polling booths, a widespread plantation drive, oath ceremonies, and community-focused events like human chains and sports gatherings. These efforts culminated in the planting of 150,000 saplings, enhancing voter awareness and furthering the cause of digitalization and many more. उद्यम chronicles these initiatives, revealing how they have left an indelible mark on both the landscape and the mindset of the electorate.
