At CISE, our mission centers on cultivating community-driven innovation and promoting sustainable development. Led by Dr. Heera Lal, IAS, our team conducted a thorough assessment of the Model गाँव project in Gram Panchayat Kanthari in late November 2023. Our aim was to evaluate its impact and alignment with Gandhian principles, employing various research methodologies.

 

During our visit, we initiated the creation of an Oxygen Park and prioritized empowering the community, especially women and children, through awareness initiatives. Collaborating with UNICEF's Operation 'Jagriti,' we heightened awareness about the misrepresented roles of women in false cases. Furthermore, we supported local social entrepreneurs, guiding their expansion in organic farming and waste management. Our resulting assessment report received acclaim from esteemed institutions such as NITI Aayog, PMO, and CMO Uttar Pradesh.
